Here is an easy to use document for end users that explains how to use the phones, basic functions and why you would want to use a specific feature. It is written with the end user in mind – so it is not a technical document. Ideal uses: new hires, new to Norstar phones, refresher for experienced users.

Nortel went bankrupt in 2009. The Norstar has been manufacturer discontinued. We have a great way to migrate you into a new system without having to worry about obsolescence or unexpected high expense.
